Guiding strategic product decisions through research, human behavior, and data

Companies constantly face uncertainty when making products and innovation decisions. Understanding what users truly need and translating this understanding to strategic direction is often the hardest part.

 

As a UX Researcher with experience in both digital products and life-science research, I help organizations untangle complex user and product challenges through research, behavioral understanding, and data-driven insights. My work focuses on reducing uncertainty, aligning multidisciplinary teams, and turning research into actionable decisions with organizational impact.

 

Currently, I work at GammaUX on an exclusive project for Wolters Kluwer, where I operate as a research team of one. I establish and scale research practices across the organization while supporting product and business decision-making processes across multiple development teams. 

 

When I’m not working, I enjoy practicing Hatha yoga, reading cozy books and learning new hobbies.
